I had the pleasure of experiencing this process facilitated by Irene Harrison.
On a practical and user experience level the game is well designed graphically, works very smoothly and is engaging.
On a coaching level I was astounded with how accurate it seemed to be in inviting me to consider actions that are very pertinent for me in the here and now. As someone who is on an awareness raising reflective journey it reinforced re-decision conclusions that I have realised and, for someone embarking on their journey or re-focussing within a journey it could be inspirational.
And of course these tools are only as good as the person facilitating. Irene, in a calm and non-judgemental way, was a perfect balance of challenge and support. Her subtle navigation in the game, allowing contemplative and reflective space was what made the experience so powerful."

"I recently had the pleasure of playing Universum with Irene, and it blew my mind! From its stunning design to its almost magical flow, it took me on a wild rollercoaster through peaks and troughs of introspection and highs of paradigm-shifting revelations.
